Stack Overflow post scrolling gets block with Microsoft Edge Do Not Track setting

Stack Overflow does not work well when privacy blocker or do not tracking is enabled. Specifically, when "Do Not Track" is enabled in Stack Overflow, the ability to scroll through code snippets is blocked, make the site very annoying to use. 

So if you cannot scroll in Stack Overflow, turn off  Send "Do Not Track" requests in Microsoft Edge (Chrome) edition.
